Responsibilities: Drives and leads the activities of "WHAT-to-develop" according to required processes and related methods in order to create a complete and consistent requirement specification. Ensures the correct application of customer and internal requests into the project with regards to Vitesco solutions. Closely liaises with Test Manager to track and report the fulfillment of requirements. Additional Responsibiliites: Elicit, analyze, validate, specify, and verify the real needs (incl. constraints) of the project stakeholders, including customers. Managing - incl. tracing and tracking - requirement changes (incl. changes of requirement documents) along the complete life cycle. Planning, organizing and monitoring all requirement engineering core activities. Work with the system technical project manager (and project manager) and the project quality manager to document the product’s vision and the project’s scope (e.g. via PM&QA plan). Identify all project stakeholders and user classes. Document user class characteristics. Identify appropriate representatives for each user class and negotiate their responsibilities. To different levels of our system or software development process (e.g. system/subsystem, component [FSW, ECU, ...]). To different phases of our product life cycle (mainly generic development, platform development, acquisition, application development). This means that within one project the role of RE&RM may be shared among several individuals. The distribution and interfacing has to be defined prior to project start, preferrably in the project PM&QA plan. On the other hand one individual may be assigned to a group of projects (i.e. project cluster), e.g. to facilitate common requests OEM-wide. Job Requirements: Technical overview and experience.
