The Business Analyst is a vital part of the development team. As a BA, you will be required to gather requirements from the product owners and translate those requirements into clearly defined user stories and deliverables for the development team to work from. In addition, a BA is responsible for detailed change management and helping the QA team to ensure that the product is working as expected. Finally, the BA is responsible for ensuring that the delivered product meets the requirements prior to delivery to production. Full Job Description and Responsibilities: You, as an independent and team contributor, will be responsible for the management of defining requirements from business objectives by completing the following: • Create well defined User stories. • Create diagrams and documentations for the product owners or development team for the correct understanding of both sides. • Become an expert on the Kare processes and Applications. • Help the QA team with the Manual testing and acceptance criteria. • Help to the end-users with the troubleshooting. • Be collaborative between business and Development team. • Passionate customer focus. • Thoughtful, fast, disciplined execution. • Good collaboration. • Drive requirement sessions with the product owners around policy administration business processes, technical processes, and non-functional requirements. • Work with the team leads, product owners, QA Team and UX&UI designers. • Support the project manager and development team by owning the documentation of the detailed business requirements, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and identifying out of scope requirements and change requests. • Excellent English communication skills. • Manual Testing skills. • Knowledge with Scrum Methodology Education and Experience Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer • Engineering, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems, • Computer Information Systems. • Minimum 2 years’ experience as Business Analyst or Manual QA.
