Administer and fully manage three Cloud based Oracle Hyperion Applications Maintain all database dimensions, hierarchies, Business Rules, SmartLists, Objects, etc. Liaise with IT and business to map data in and out of Hyperion to various reporting systems Maintain mapping and manage loading of financials into Hyperion application Create and maintain webform and task lists Improve application efficiencies for business and end users Maintain group and user security Manage standard and adhoc reporting Requeriments: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Management Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or related field 3+ years of professional IT experience 2+ years of finance professional experience preferred Extensive knowledge of the management and maintaining Cloud based Oracle Hyperion Planning and SmartView system Ability to write Hyperion business rules Ability to build webforms and Task Lists Ability to update hierarchies and construct alternate hierarchies Ability to manage objects and data backups on the server Knowledge of data integration to/from PeopleSoft preferred Knowledge of data integration to/from Power BI preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent time management skills Ability to meet tight deadlines, work independently and demonstrate a sound understanding of the business processes Knowledge of planning and performance processes, including annual budget, monthly forecast, and periodic business reviews Team orientated, a “can do” attitude and flexible approach Enthusiasm for solving problems and working collaboratively Independent/Self-starter with high attention to detail Strong working knowledge of systems integrations Must be able to complete maintenance during non-work hours, when necessary.
