You as a Director of Software Development will be responsible with assisting the VP of Engineering with the tactical day to day operations of the development team and you will lead a group of talented developers and development teams through fast iteration, continuous experimentation, and build complete end-to-end product experiences, where some of the key duties will be growing, coaching, and feedback to your team to improve the culture and the development process. Track record of consistently delivering tangible business results. Experience with user-facing product development. Advanced English is a must. Good communication skills, in both person and writing, to provide visibility and align the team priorities with the broader organization. Delivering: CI/CD, Multiple Environments, Agile, Lean, or Kanban. Building People and Teams: Servant leadership, empowered teams, collaborative work practices. Assigning workloads for team members to drive effective and efficient development projects. Strong software design and analysis. Strong business acumen relating to development priorities and risk assessment. Knowledge of cloud solution architecture. Experience with Full Stack development Experience with microservice architecture. Mobile development with React-Native or similar Education and Experience Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems. Minimum 6 years’ experience in software development. Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Software Development Manager.
