We are looking for a Regional Talent Acquisition, with desirable healthcare knowledge (recruiting nurses) to undertake all hiring activities, from advertising open roles to interviewing candidates and closing hires. This position will directly support a Healthcare System by building committed, trusting relationships to attract hardworking Healthcare Professionals. You will be responsible for hiring qualified people while maintaining a positive candidate experience. Requirements: Serves as senior Center human resources specialist Establishes workforce planning strategies and initiatives to enhance the diversity employment opportunities for a diverse workforce including veterans, minorities and women, in conjunction with other HR professionals Provides employee and labor management advisory services to HR professionals in the major organizations Responds to higher level taskings and suspense Participates initiatives and performs special assignments Strong background in human resources/staffing/processing personnel actions is highly desirable. Knowledge of the full range of Federal HR affirmative employment, recruitment, and placement principles, concepts, practices, and analytical techniques. Skill in advising management on controversial or sensitive, complex, and difficult recruitment, placement, and affirmative employment issues and problems. Ability to express ideas and concepts and communicate effectively orally and in writing. Locate healthcare professionals through various sources, including the internet, referrals and nursing schools.
