The Systems Engineer serves as one of the primary technical resources for our communities, This role is an integral part of delivering technology across the organization, supporting and working in collaboration with the information technology department across the organization. A successful Systems Engineer will maintain, as well as continue to evaluate and recommend advancements in technology solutions. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree preferred. Five years of experience within an organization-wide network environment. Relevant industry certifications (Microsoft, etc.) or equivalent measurable experience with other vendors, with five years demonstrated experience, knowledge and skills. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED: Extensive experience with server hardware, software and operating systems, including virtualization. Experience with SaaS / cloud software tools, cloud migration and backup systems. Microsoft Exchange configuration, installation, troubleshooting and administration. Exposure to health care industry systems is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical skills that demonstrate ability to problem solve and analyze complex and difficult scenarios. Ability to read, write and speak English sufficient to perform job duties and to interact and communicate with residents, vendors and team members.
