Who We Want Are you passionate about making an impact with frontline caregivers? When you see a problem, do you immediately start working towards a solution? Are you highly organized, detail oriented while juggling multiple projects at one time? We are seeking a user experience and interface designer to join our product team. Your primary role will be to research and design usable interfaces, perform usability testing, and create prototypes to validate design concepts while evaluating product experience performance. The ideal candidate will use this information to help us create the best user experience possible for our website and mobile applications. You, as an individual contributor, will be responsible for bringing to life product opportunity concepts. Below are some of the responsibilities a UX designer is expected to assume: Leverage a human-centered design process to deliver an intuitive and efficient user interface and user experience Evaluate product data analytics for opportunities to improve the user experience Use wireframes, storyboards, process flows, prototypes and sitemaps to illustrate and present design ideas. Collaborate with product managers and engineers to understand the product before presenting solutions to improve the visual and interactive experience. Gather user requirements from product managers to create compelling and original graphic designs (images, sketches, etc). Develop and implement usability testing Create and maintain product brand standards and usability documentation Work with developers to ensure product quality Work closely with product managers and marketing to maximize customer success Attention to detail with evolving requirements and making sure all change requests are documented and implemented Ensure products are tested with customers and validated against business goals Job Qualifications and Skill Set: Below are the qualifications expected of a UX designer: Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, Computer Science or any other related field. Prior experience with UX/UI design with a strong portfolio to show previous work. Strong experience with creating wireframes, storyboards, user flow, process flow, and sitemaps. Excellent knowledge of wireframing tools like LucidChart, etc. Excellent knowledge of visual design tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, etc. Prior experience with prototype tools like Figma, Axure, Invision, etc. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Great visual design, time management and multitasking skills. Good problem-solving ability with attention to detail. Always learning attitude
