This role will be responsible for providing product guidance to Founders in our Product and Studios divisions. Products are all business-to-business (B2) Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) products. Responsibilities Document and manage Product Specification Approve Product Workflows and UX Design Interface with the client on a regular basis to ensure alignment between development and product strategy Perform regular Backlog Prioritization and Grooming Document and Define User Stories and Acceptance Criteria Solve Impediments (in coordination with BA/PM) to prevent issues from blocking progress on development Lead UAT efforts to ensure high-quality product delivery Requeriments: 3 – 5 years’ experience as a Product Manager Experience working with an agile product team Proficient in the ability to analyze business or technical problems to guide software development Effective at communicating with business analysts, design, and engineering teams Proven history of quick-thinking and decision-making capabilities Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to perform product demonstrations Experience with analyzing data and customer feedback to draw conclusions and create narrative Capable of prioritizing work based on strategy and goals and understanding of impact in the market Ability to effectively balance multiple projects and tasks simultaneously Experience with backlog management Comfortable working with remote team members Availability to be in the Guadalajara offices once a month
