"• Agile Working Hands on knowledge(Familiarity on all Agile Ceremonies) • Proven working experience on Onshore: Offshore Model (Or) willingness to work in this model and be available to take calls morning and night for work and deliverable handover • Good knowledge on PEGA Test Automation Kit or equivalent used to Automate PEGA Applications • Minimum 1-2 years of PEGA Testing Experience with Test Automation Experience on PEGA. • Very Good knowledge on DevOps Orchestration (Test Staging in CICD Pipeline) • Very Solid on Advanced Testing Techniques (Java Script Automation, AI/ML Based Scripting) - Preferred Skill • Good knowledge on Test Framework Design and customization using Java and Selenium and Test Automation Scripting • Sound knowledge on generating Test Results and writing the test results in Test Management Tools Like Qtest. • Very Strong Verbal and written English communication skills • Should be able to lead/Mentor a 4-5 Member Team Technically and also be able to contribute to his assigned deliverables • Resolve Impediments and Challenges the team may face • Raise the Questions or Challenges to Onshore Coordinators to overcome any bottlenecks that needs external support beyond the team • Great Attitude to grow the team technically and willing to adopt to new technologies fast.
